At stro.archi, we design and build with people and place at the center.
Our studio is rooted in the principles of Social, Tectonic, Regenerative, and Organic architecture—bringing together human needs, material intelligence, ecological cycles, and natural form.

The name stro recalls both straw in English and Stroh in German—
a reminder of one of humanity’s simplest and most enduring building materials.
Straw embodies our philosophy: social in its communal use, tectonic in its clarity, regenerative in its lifecycle, and organic in its origin. Like a thatched roof or a tightly pressed bale, it binds people to the land and creates architecture that breathes with its environment.

We believe buildings should:
• Serve their communities, creating spaces that foster relationships and collective life.
• Express their making, revealing the logic, craft, and structure behind their form.
• Regenerate ecosystems, working with natural cycles to restore and enrich the environment.
• Grow from nature, embracing materials and forms that feel honest, warm, and alive.

Our work bridges the human and the material: grounding architecture in social purposetectonic clarityecological restoration, and organic design principles. Each project is an invitation to live more closely with our environment—where architecture becomes not only shelter, but an act of care for community and landscape.

stro.archi is more than a studio. It is a commitment to building a future where
the Social, Tectonic, Regenerative, and Organic grow together, rooted in the places we call home.
